What if it you change your mind, it doesn't fit, you don't love the style or the product is faulty? Don't worry! We have a no hassle 30 days returns guarantee when it comes to customer satisfaction on products purchased from Lingerie Seduction.
If you are not happy with your purchase - at any time, we will gladly exchange it for a different size or style and offer a store credit, it is your choice. Just fill out the returns form and ship it back to our returns address. This excludes Gift Cards.
Upon the return of item/s and they meet the returns policy set out below, you will be issued with a credit code for the total of the return items (not including shipping) to use towards your new item/s - PS our store credits have NO expiry date, use your code whenever you are ready!
We do not offer refunds for wrong selection of size, style or change of mind purchases.

We offer a 30 Day No Hassle Store Credit provided that the exchange/returned garment meets the conditions as set out in the below:
- The item/s are returned to us within 30 days of delivery.
- The product has not been used or worn (except to try on for size)
- The item/s are returned in the same condition delivered.
- Any labels are still attached to the product.
- Products are returned in the original undamaged box/packaging.
- The product has not been damaged or soiled.
- The product is free from perfume or fake tan.
- The product has not been altered by you in any way.
- The product is accompanied by the original invoice.
- We do not accept returns for pantyhose, stockings and stocking type bodysuits.
- Any free gifts included with the order are returned.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Lingerie Seduction is not responsible for missing or lost return items.
Please remember to wear a liner when trying on your lingerie bottom or an outfit that has a panty bottom. We trust that most people are honest and will take the time to try on lingerie carefully.
When making your return please return the goods in the same condition you received your order in and how you would like to receive a order from an online store, if the item/s are not in suitable condition we can not return the item/s to stock in our warehouse or honour your return.
For faulty products, we offer a 7 day replacement or refund warranty, from the date you receive your product in the mail. If your product is delivered faulty or damaged, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
Where the return relates to a faulty item or we have sent you the wrong item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 7 working days from the date we receive the product back in the mail, postage charges will be reimbursed or a returns label will be issued for the return of the item.
Please choose carefully we do not offer refunds for wrong selection of style, size or change of mind purchases.
Exchanges or refunds on products that are faulty or you have been sent the wrong item will only be accepted within 7 days of receiving your purchase in the mail, please contact us prior to returning the item/s for a returns authorisation number, return orders without a returns authorisation number will not be processed.
Please return your item/s that qualify in the set out below within 7 days of receiving your parcel in the mail, along with your authorisation number.
Exchanges and refunds will only be excepted if the item:
• Does not fit the description given at purchase (eg - Colour or fabric)
• You have been posted the wrong item
• The Item is faulty
• Additionally that you have read and complied with our general returns policy stated above.
Product images shown are accurate depictions as possible, please keep in mind colours can vary slightly with lighting and the devise or monitor you are viewing the items on, if you require further images or help choosing an item please contact us via email, we are only too happy to help. When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:
- Completed returns form
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Reason why you are returning the product
- Your instructions informing us of your preference for the return - Exchange or credit note.
Including the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product makes the returns process a lot faster. Also, if you haven't previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will help us to quickly resolve the issue, should we need to contact you.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders and exchanges. Where the return relates to a faulty item or we have sent you the wrong item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 7 working days from the date we receive the product back in the mail.
Returns that do not meet our returns policy set out above, will not be processed.
