Lingerie Size Charts

Simply obtain your bust, waist and hip measurements. You can then use the table below to find the lingerie/sleepwear size that corresponds to your measurements. For example, if your bust size is 92 cm, your waist size is 75 cm, and your hip size is 101 cm, your lingerie/sleepwear size will be a size 12 or a M size!

Our lingerie size guide and majority of our lingerie is designed to fit an average bust range of B - D cup, if you fall outside of this range and unsure what would work for you, please contact us via email and we will happily assist with style selection.

Shipping & Delivery

In stock products are shipped with 1-3 Business Days of purchase, unless Express delivery is selected at the checkout which is shipped within 24-48 hours, please note orders placed after business hours, weekends or public holidays will be processed in normal business hours, please keep this this in mind when you are selecting postage. All packages are sent in descrete packaging via Australia Post with a tracking number to ensure your order arrives safely.

After you order is dispatched - Registered Post and Parcel Post deliveries typically take 3-7 Business Days and Express Post is generally next day delivery within local and city areas, regional deliveries and WA can take an additional 2-3 days.

Please ensure you provide your full details and correct address when placing your order, we are not responsible for miss deliveries or return to sender due to incorrect and incomplete address/contact details.

- Free Parcel Post shipping on all orders over $100 is available for orders shipped within Australia with a tracking number.

- Orders under $100 have a flat rate shipping charge of $10 for standard parcel post with a tracking number.

- Express Post within Australia is a $15.00 shipping charge with a tracking number.

- If you require your Express Post order urgently please email or message us via our website, with the date you require your item by, we will do our best to accelerate your order.

- Free gift promotions are included with all orders over $200 AU, this does not include shipping charges. There is no need to add at the checkout, the gift will be automatically included.

- All orders are sent in decrete packaging of a plain grey mailer bag

After we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping notification email which will include your tracking number and shipping carrier so you can track your parcels progress. Please remember to check your email junk folder, sometimes certain email accounts will flag emails as spam depending on your personal email settings

Please note - The delivery time frames given are estimates provided by Australia Post, we have no control over delays within the postal service which can happen from time to time, please ensure you allow an adequate amount of time to receive your parcel for your event to avoid any disappointment, we do not offer guarantees on delivery time frames. Public holidays will affect deliveries and may cause delays within Australia Post.

We ship our packages with Australia Post/EMS/USPS.

All goods are shipped from Australia, we do not drop ship.

International Shipments (Experiencing Delays)

Delay Times International Express Post - 12-20 Business Days

Standard International - 20-35 Business Days

International shipments generally range from 2-6 weeks for delivery, however this can not be guaranteed, there can be unexpected postal service delays. All purchases are sent with a tracking number and require a signature on delivery. The buyer is responsible for all customs and duty charges. Please note that we do not have any control over Customs fees and Duties, please contact your local Customs Office for charges.

Packages can be held at your local Customs Offices for days or weeks before the customs notice is sent out to you. We do not have any control over customs and regulations in your country. Please check with your local Customs Offices if you don't receive your package in normal delivery time as listed below to avoid any delay with your package.

International shipments start at a $25.00 shipping charge which includes a tracking number, please enter your address in at the checkout for current shipping charges to your Country. If you are unsure of shipping time frames to your country, please email us for more information.

Missing/Lost Parcels

While this is a very rare occurrence, it does happen from time to time. We take all the necessary steps to ensure your parcel arrives safely and without issues, however once it leaves our warehouse it is out of our hands and in the care of the postal service. In the event your parcel is classified as missing after a postal service investigation we will happily replace your order at no extra charge.

 

Returns & Replacements

What if it you change your mind, it doesn't fit, you don't love the style or the product is faulty? Don't worry! We have a no hassle returns and exchange guarantee when it comes to customer satisfaction on products purchased from Lingerie Seduction.

If you are not happy with your purchase - at any time, we will gladly exchange it for a different size or style or offer a store credit, it is your choice. Just fill out the returns form and ship it back to our returns address. This excludes Gift Cards.

Upon the return of item/s and they meet the returns policy set out below, you will be issued with a credit code for the total of the return items (not including shipping) to use towards your new item/s.

We do not offer refunds for wrong selection of size, style or change of mind purchases.

We offer a 30 Day No Hassle Exchange or Store Credit provided that the exchange/returned garment meets the conditions as set out in the below:

- The item/s are returned in the same condition delivered.

- Any labels are still attached to the product.

- Products are returned in the original undamaged box/packaging.

- The product has not been worn (except to try on for size)

- The product has not been damaged or soiled.

- The product is free from perfume or fake tan.

- The product has not been altered by you in any way.

- The product is accompanied by the original invoice.

- We do not accept returns for pantyhose, stockings and stocking type bodysuits.

- Any free gifts included with the order are returned.

- Shipping charges are not refundable.

- Lingerie Seduction is not responsible for missing or lost return items.

Please remember to wear a liner when trying on your lingerie bottom or an outfit that has a panty bottom. We trust that most people are honest and will take the time to try on lingerie carefully.

When making your return please return the goods in the same condition you received your order in and how you would like to receive a order from an online store, if the item/s are not in suitable condition we can not return the item/s to stock in our warehouse or honour your return.

For faulty products, we offer a 7 day replacement or refund warranty, from the date you receive your product in the mail. If your product is delivered faulty or damaged, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product. If for some reason you experience any problems with durability, quality and general wear of your goods after this time, please contact us we are happy to help.

Please choose carefully we do not offer refunds for wrong selection of style, size or change of mind purchases.

Exchanges or refunds on products that are faulty or you have been sent the wrong item will only be accepted within 7 days of receiving your purchase in the mail, please contact us prior to returning the item/s for a returns authorisation number, return orders without a returns authorisation number will not be processed.

Please return your item/s that qualify in the set out below within 7 days of receiving your parcel in the mail, along with your authorisation number.

Exchanges and refunds will only be excepted if the item:

• Does not fit the description given at purchase (eg - Colour or fabric)

 • You have been posted the wrong item

• The Item is faulty

When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:

- Your full name

- Your order number

- Reason why you are returning the product

- Your instructions informing us of your preference for the return - Exchange or credit note.

Including the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product makes the returns process a lot faster. Also, if you haven't previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will help us to quickly resolve the issue, should we need to contact you.

Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders and exchanges. Where the return relates to a faulty item or we have sent you the wrong item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 7 working days from the date we receive the product back in the mail.

Returns that do not meet our returns policy set out above, will not be processed.
